Making a bread is complicated but fun as they have many steps to reached before the bread can be delivered to the customers. First, we need to mixed up the ingredients including (flour, butter, milk salt and other things) and leave it in the freezer to let it rest for a while (5-6 hours).
Then the bread that already have their shape will go in the chiller and it will become fluffy and bigger. The next step is putting on the toppings which is ( sausages, vegetables, chili sauce, mayo, and cheese).
These picture below shows all of the bread that we have been doing in two weeks for Production Department. Including the Packaging Process.
